Why an Advisory Firm Writes Things Down
Winning Within & Associates is a founder led leadership and human potential advisory firm, and most of what we know was learned in rooms with real people in them. These pieces are written from that work. They are the answers we found ourselves giving again and again, set down once so a leader can read them before deciding what to do next.
Each piece belongs to one of the four pillars, so you can read the one nearest the season you are in. Some are written for a director weighing a budget against the people behind the mission. Some are written for a leadership team that has stopped talking honestly. Some are written for the people responsible for a first year student who is still deciding whether they belong.
