A'Yanna founded Winning Within & Associates in Kansas City in 2011 after encountering the same truth in boardrooms, classrooms and community rooms: what an organization builds is inseparable from the people building it.
That belief became the foundation of the firm's work. Winning Within partners with organizations, leaders, teams and communities to strengthen the people behind the mission. The work extends from executive teams and boards to first-year college students.
