Why This Firm Exists
Dr. A'Yanna Webster founded Winning Within & Associates in Kansas City in 2011, after meeting the same truth in boardrooms, classrooms and community rooms. What an organization builds is inseparable from the people building it.
That truth became a practice. She works as strategist, advisor, certified CliftonStrengths coach, facilitator and convener, partnering with organizations, leaders, workforces and communities to strengthen the people behind the mission. The work runs from executive teams and boards to first year college students.
Sustainable change begins within people, is reinforced through relationships and leadership, and is made durable through organizational systems and culture. Every engagement moves through those three layers, in that order. The work has grown since 2011. The belief has not moved.
Winning Within elevates human potential and cultivates organizations and communities where people thrive through leadership, communication, connection, and meaningful change.
