Winning Within & Associates runs Conversations and Convenings as its fourth pillar: designed, facilitated conversation for individuals, couples, leaders and communities examining the issues that shape how they live, lead, work, relate, believe and grow.
These experiences move past discussion for its own sake. Every conversation is built to deepen understanding, strengthen relationships, clarify what matters most, and help the people in the room name a specific way to respond or move forward.
The pillar also carries A'Yanna's public role as facilitator and convener, and it opens a door into Winning Within for individuals, couples and communities rather than organizations alone. The same facilitation craft runs through the firm's leadership development work, where a team session depends on the same skill: keeping a room honest, unhurried and pointed at something that matters.

A dialogue is an open room. It runs as a single sitting or as a recurring series, in person or virtually, and it is designed before anyone is invited: the question first, then who needs to be there, then the flow of the hour.

Yes. Winning Within & Associates designs and facilitates private convenings for organizations, teams, congregations, families, and community groups. The firm begins by listening to what is actually at stake, then builds the format, the questions, and the flow around it.

Do You Convene Conversations Outside Kansas City?
Yes. Winning Within & Associates is based in Kansas City, Missouri, and convenes conversations nationally, in person and virtually. The firm has partnered with 440+ clients across sectors since 2011, including many well outside the Kansas City metro. Travel, format, and timing are agreed during the first conversation.
