Dr. A’Yanna Webster is the Founder of Winning Within & Associates, with over 15 years of experience in workplace culture, leadership, DEI, and change management. She’s a certified executive coach, keynote speaker, and facilitator known for helping organizations create inclusive, high-performing cultures. A’Yanna holds multiple professional certifications, including CliftonStrengths, PROSCI Change Management, and DEI from Cornell and Harvard. She’s also the author of Winning Ways and holds degrees in Communication, Public Affairs, and Christian Philosophy. A wife and mom of two, she’s passionate about people and results.
