PRINCIPAL AND CHIEF
Dr. A’Yanna Webster is the Principal Consultant and Chief Culture Officer at Winning Within. She has over 20 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, executive coaching and business consulting. She is a talented keynote speaker, facilitator, author and certified coach known for her unique ability to empower clients to transformational action that breeds results. Prior to launching Winning Within, A’Yanna served as a contract speaker and training consultant for national and international recognized seminar and speaking companies.
